Make sure you try your best to help people with any trouble they are having with your product or service. This will increase your trustworthiness as a marketer and build good credibility!

yes. I'm absolutely agree with what you wrote. just a little additions and oppinion. through social bookmarking though people are looking a way to connect and make new friends or community. but, people have desires and interest. it remains within them. so as long as you offer them something suits their desire and anterest, they will connect with you. but a a word of advice, give them what they want. thus it is important to know what is their needs and what they want.

Nice post! I totally agree.. I do use social media like facebook to generate leads and I must say it's doing pretty well.

I need a website with a title like...
Facebook For Dummies.
I need to start at square one, and wish to get up and running promoting my business on Facebook with the least messing around.
What do you suggest?

Social media and marketing is the in thing. To many businesses, why not hit while the iron is hot. Go for it, use it, make profit, and build a business out of it. In will take quite sometime before the world would get over it. So take the chance and do it!

Some social media tips:
1) Only invest in those areas where are people in more amount.
2) Be a subjective and concentrate on it.
3) Keep your updates with us only.
4) Use internal media for communication.
5) Keep update ourself with world.
