Looks like a MMF scheme, some kind of matrix...
I would avoid it like the plague.

I see you think every program that come along must be a scam or matrix . if you started a business and everyone said it was a scam or matrix or something how many people would it take you to see what you really have to offer and I don't really care if you Evan looked at the site because if you did you can see it has nothing to do with mlm,matrix ,binary or any thing of the sort so you are wrong . do you know any thing about Buying land options may be not due to a lack of education and knowledge I Don't know may be you do but before you knock a Program look it over with a fine tooth come you might learn something new .

I took a good look.
They don't talk much about land, but they do talk a lot about "charts", "options" and "splits".
They've changed terminology to avoid the "matrix" word.
Good for them.
But you've gotta be kidding me when you say that it's not matrix when it's full of pictures like this...
