One of the many nervous breakdown symptoms is the depression. Probably this is the most common but not specific symptoms because there are other medical conditions that lead to depression. However, depression is very important symptom and because of that it can not be ignored.Alienation is one of the last symptoms of nervous breakdown. Alienation is a result of the sick person’s desire to be left alone.

thanks for sharing a little info about Alienation. I'd better have a research on the other symptoms of nervous breakdown.

It was my thinking that depression is a more serious condition than nervous breakdown. What do you think?

I think nervous breakdown signs and symptoms differ from person to person, depending on the situation and what it is that caused them too much stress or pressure. A friend of mine had NB and we just knew because her body clock just got screwed up and she doesn't follow schedules anymore. She lost her sense of time. Yet another friend had NB and showed it through fighting all the time over the most insane of reasons. Another friend had it while doing her thesis at university, and she just dropped it all and left her thesis unfinished.

I know what depression is from my own experience. I don't want to take antidepressants, and I'm glad that I have a possibility to use CBD products legaly today. They really help me to feel relief.

I think you might find some supplements helpful for mental health. For example, have a look at those from Canada Drugs which are really good and working. I am sure that you will find those interesting to you too, good luck!

Do you think that some good supplements and vitamins are good for it and can be used to treat such issues? I like those meds from eDrugStore.com for example, and I think they are really effective. What do you think about such stuff?
