Large loan needed but can pay back in six months  Reply with quote  

My husband and I need a large loan immediately. It's to help out our kids. We would need 224,000. A lot of money, I know. But on the plus side we would be able to repay the loan in full by July of 2011. Second mortgage is not an option ... Any advice?! Thank you!

I'm sorry. That kind of a loan needs collateral. Promises of the surety of future repayment hold no water with lenders unless they have something of real tangible value they can put a lien on or foreclose on if the payment doesn't materialize.
