My favorite as a kid has always been a game of charades. It exercises the mind, but you just don't sit down. You also get to move around physically. You learn to be creative, you learn the art of communicating through your body, and you also get to learn the importance of sportsmanship.

I believe that best game for children is skating. Because with scatting they burn their calorie so child take more food and feel also a very healthy for their whole body parts.
