26 y/o financially savvy female. Normally feel intimidated by $$ people offices.  Looking for intelligent people with good ideas to start email dialogs with.
Need advice on taxes, 2004 and future years. I currently have an investment property, a rental property, student loans, no credit card debt, own my car. Looking at possibility of starting LLC in NH for shelter? (and other reasons), & maybe buying SUV for SUV loophole next year? Wondering if this all makes sense. Ask additional questions if needed. What kind of business are you running that you might move into a LLC?
So your main question is how to save on taxes?

Thanks for the welcome.
I would like to have the LLC to put my rental property and investment property under. So I guess it would be real estate improvements, rentals and holding?
Taxes is not my MAIN question, but I do question whether this will help/hurt me as far as taxes go. My vehicle and cell phone -when used for these properties would all be write offs etc correct?
