Investments in real estate is always risky, but sometimes, the best returns come when the opportunity in a market down. You can easily pick up assets for pennies on the dollar, to earn money by renting from now until the foreign exchange market, and then sell for profit in a few years.

Real Estate investment is the best long term investment from my point view at low interest rates and investments you are able to get big profits.I think this is a good time to invest in property now.

In my opinion, the best real estate investments right now are the ones you can either buy and sell (flip) in the shortest time possible (i.e. short sales and REO), without blocking any of your money, or long term in a partnership situation to diversify your risk (some residential mixed with commercial property.) In either case, keep your cash and spread your risk.

Investments are risky but if done in better ways can be worth beneficial. As when the market is down than the investments can be done and it do give good returns also.
