I discovered BenParkDrive because they were online for playing a local bar. Discovered www.youcallthat-art.com because they were opening for Quiet Riot.
A gal on a forum was always saying how good Marillion is so I purchaced Mislpaced Childhood which is excelent.
Have a few other recordings of theirs which I bought later that are a bit iffy.
What bands have you discovered online that you would probably not have discovered in real life with out the internet?
