For instance, recently in South Africa, thousands of employees refused to work and they demanded a rise in pay. How does the government solve this kind of problem and what major impacts will this have on the economy?

Well, these are quite massive issues governmental which should be handled with due care. I think proper communication between the employees and authorities can only resolve it.

Sadly, all over the world are these kind of problems. Delicate problems like this can be solved very difficult, but let's hope that the sun will arise after a while...

Very true. We all need to keep patience at this time and work wisely. Situations do come when we get panic but its important to control emotions under such situation.
