I am looking for specific card if possible, not websites to find cards. I would like a second credit card that does not charge an extra percentage for international purchases. Also, if anyone knows of a card that is also 0% APR for the first 6 mos to a year, that would also be beneficial!

She's asking about a credit card, not a debit card. The links in your post have been removed.

Capital One credit cards are one of the only cards left not charging a foreign exchange fee. I know that HSBC also offers a credit card with no exchange fee to their Premier members; I assume you can find similar offers with other banks if you are a premier-level member.
But, if you're not interested in depositing a bunch of money into a bank account to establish yourself as a premier customer, Capital One is the way to go. Their cards for people with good to excellent credit are currently offering 0% APR on purchases until February 2011 (12 months). And if you have fair to average credit, Capital One still offers you 0% on purchases until November 2010.
Here are the card names if you're interested in finding them and applying:
For good to excellent credit (no interest on purchases until Feb. 2011):
Capital One® No Hassle Miles(SM) Rewards - Double Miles
Capital One® No Hassle MilesSM Rewards Credit Card - For People with Good Credit
Capital One® Orbitz® Visa® Platinum - Excellent Credit
Capital One® No Hassle MilesSM Ultra--For Professionals
MTV® Visa® Card From Capital One® - Good Credit
Capital One® No Hassle Cash(SM) Rewards - Excellent Credit
For fair to average credit (no interest on purchases until Nov. 2010):
Capital One® No Hassle CashSM Rewards Card
Capital One® Classic Platinum Credit Card
Hope that helps!

Whether you'll have an extra percentage on the international purchases, depends on the currency (USD or not) and when you do it (no extra cost this month).

American Express cards are often noted for their customer service for cardmembers traveling abroad, and they do charge between one and two percent less than other card companies for foreign transactions. Of course, although Amex cards are widely accepted around the world, they are still not as widely accepted as Visa and MasterCard.
Thanks !!!!!

I recommend the Capital One Venture or VentureOne cards. The Venture card pays double miles for every dollar spent (for a $59 annual fee). The VentureOne card pays 1.25 miles for every dollar spent and has no annual fee. Both cards have competitive interest rate and, of course, don’t charge foreign currency transaction fees.

You only get zero percent interest rate if your credit report is perfect, otherwise, you will be charged. Visa or Master cards are good cards for travelers.
