If I knew I'd be doing it right now.

Craig Finn is brilliant.

If you provide a service that no one else wants to do, you will have very few competitors and very do-it-yourselfers. So you can charge a substantial fee and make that 'huge' amount of money.

A business that meets those requirements is Septic Tank Cleaning.

Ironically, most people only want a 'feel-good' business, not a real business - so they buy a B&B in a Lighthouse, or an Antique Shop, or a Botique, or a Bar Where Everyone Knows Your Name. And lose a bunch of their retirement account - part of the human condition I guess. Very Happy

I guess that depends a lot on what you consider huge? I have been retired 10 years now and I am quite happy with what I can earn online.

Huge amount? I wonder what that means. One mans huge is another pin money.

Anyway - what experience and skills can you bring to the market place?

I suggest you start your search with answering that for yourself, because it's my experience, reinforced by all I've done, and the people I've taught, that we're paid in direct relation to the value we bring to the market place.

Or, you could do what I did for a while and catch people's unwanted and unwelcome house pets. You would be amazed at the fees people pay just to have you catch a raccoon with s cage...
