Oh yes.
We've done several things, the most amusing of which was a neighborhood kid fundraiser where we set up a lemonade stand down the street at the chokepoint stopsign during 5PM rush hour. I say we, hehe, it was my wifes idea - and sweat. Anyway, the kids got into the lemonade biz, moving 60 glasses in an hour. Thirty bucks doesn't sound like much until you speak with a missionary who will tell you: $30 will pay for a family's needs for a week.
We're going to do it again, but we have bigger plans this time. Hot chocolate at the local Supermarket pking lot on a Saturday. And our children get to learn about selling, stocking, serving, accounting and donating. It's a win-win-win-win scenario.

Aw, that's cool!
PayPal also provides a very quick way to submit a payment for relief, just log in and you'll probably see the link quickly.

My school is also collecting money for the tsunami. Basically, they're grabbing change kids have from lunch. I think I've donated about $10. Not anything really special, but just my little contribution.

I donated around $10-20 dollars. What I really hate is some of the money goes to the president.

At my friend's birthday party yesterday, instead of giving presents, we all donated $20, which she agreed to send to the Red Cross for the tsunami victims. At the end of the night, we totalled it up to over $350. It was pretty amazing.

Yes, we donated money to help the victims of the psunami. I have also donated money to a woman who lost her home due to flooding in a small community in Southern California. We do not have alot but they have lost all.
