| Banks that allow online bill payment from credit accounts? |

I'm looking for an institution that would let me to schedule up payments online to whoever I want and use a credit account.
Currently I can do that with USBank with HELOC. Are there any banks that allow the same but with a credit line that's not a HELOC?

An additional note. Credit card companies normally receive a fee from the merchant when you use your credit card to make a purchase. Since there is no merchant involved, they consider it a cash advance and most if not all charge you a transaction fee and normally a higher interest rate on cash withdraws vs. purchases. Check your credit card agreement before you go crazy making payments.

Credit cards are the best way to pay your bills as it is very easy and takes no time for it.
