Personally, I'd advise you to beware "Paid To" programs. There are several good ones out there *coughjavahivecough* but most are just time consuming. I spent several weeks just to make $1 on BeeHive.

how about going to work during the day and going to school at night and get a decent education [not saying that you don't have one] and tell your sis to stop using hairspray and other useless things if your family is tight for money.
If you are living in basements i'm assuming of other family members that are just trying to help you so you guys must not pay much rent.
In the end you can't depend too much on your family or relatives to pull you out. I've been in a similar situtaion and I got myself out.
Read allot of books and browse around this forum for finacial tips. Theres no point in making more money if you don't know what to do with it.
