Allow me to introduce myself, for safety purposes my name is DJK and I may have created an interesting, easy, and affordable way for people to leave their mark on the world today in the eyes of those they love. My family has been in the funeral (yes funeral) industry since 1936 and currently I am working for one of the largest corporations in the continental United States. Over the years, I've seen innovative ways for people to personalize their loved ones lives during the funeral of their deceased loved one. What I am proposing is not a way for family members to personalize, but for the family member to personalize. Yes, pre-planned funerals have been around for ages. This is NOT what I'm talking about. This is about individuals being able to leave THEIR story behind for their children, grand-children, and for generations to follow at a relatively low cost, making it appealing to consumers and at the same time keeping over-head at a minimum generating acceptable profits. If interested, and only for those serious, please email me for further discussion. A business plan has already been drawn up as well as market surveys for the Houston, Texas and Baton Rouge, Louisiana area. This is an idea, started in college, further studied INSIDE the funeral industry, and deemed by close, personal friends (again, inside the industry) as beneficial to both those we serve and to those involved. Again, I am currently looking for people willing to invest various resources in jumping ahead of those corporations specifically designed in personalizing a deceased loved one's life, but through the deceased own words. Thank you.
To prove my identity, look in the American Funeral Director for my article, Generation X and Generation Y, July 2004 issue

Hi kjdavid,
Give it some time for a response. Lots of MT threads wind up in the search engines, so eventually you may hear something.
Good luck with your venture.
