My mother recently passed away and left her house to the three of her children, of which I am one. I am currently in the house and maintaining it. We each expect about $70,000 from the sale of the house. My problem is I must move out of the house before it is sold. Is there any type of loan I could obtain off of my forthcoming share to help me secure my own place? Thank you
