We had our rental unit with those yo-yos.
Doesn't break my heart seeing them go by-by.
They made our realestate losses with the rental greater by starting forclosure procedings eventhough we were getting a short sale approved.
Would have kept the rental for an upturn but wife's employer decided to "flaten" the organization. Then the daft renters bolted when we were ethical and gave them a heads up that we were going to sell.
financially the smart thing to do would have been to keep them in the dark loner.
Good ridance indy mac you are one company that deserved to go bust.
Very poor customer service.

More financial turmoil that is responsible for my online business booming. More and more people are turning to the Internet every day to find ways to bring in extra cash, or even replace their failing jobs.

Without doubt IM is the pressing issue here. But were do we see it in the near future. It is really replacing the failed job but is it our backup plan or is it the future that we are hoping for?

Apart from fleeing to France, where is Sir Fred (The Shred) Goodwin these days? Well apparently, according this video, he's still shredding!
It's good to hear he's given some of our fortune back to British taxpayer though, not that we'll see any of it.

Interesting,
Having been in the mortgage industry, this was one of the first banks to offer liar loans which is reason for whole financial collapse and millions going into foreclosure, so glad to see them fold, bunch of thieves.

Success to all,
Reminds me of the frog story. Put a frog in boiling water and s/he jumps out. Slowly turn up the heat and s/he boils to death.
Guess the melt down happened slowly even though the death came fast. Then again labor wise we are back to like 2003 levels.
Won't be real death of the econn unless we hit 1930ish levels.
