Sundays are pretty much my only "days of rest." Saturday has various classes, weekdays have school. Luckily, tomorrow, I have school off (thank you, MLK!) I have some projects I need to work on and stuff... and then there's the whole thing of having a life.

Speaking of Sunday, don't know if you have this in your area, but have you ever run into the Blue Laws? ...certain items like alcohol you can't buy before noon on Sunday?

In Colorado Cars can't be sold on Sunday. Licquor stores closed but you can still purchace at restraunts and microbrews.
Grocery stores use to be closed and some people were upset when they started to be open on Sundays.
One time at King Soopers they would not sell me a beer becasue it was like 2AM. Not sure if the cut off is 12PM or not. Might make a difference it it is a 24 hour store or not.
Hobbie Lobie and a Chick Filet(SP) both close down for sundays so their workers can have a day of rest. I respect them for that:)

That's interesting. I'm not sure if it's good or bad, though. I mean, for example, some places are open Christmas Eve and Christmas Day, and I can't help but feel bad for the employees, but it sure is a convenience to the consumer.
