Are you looking for free or paid ways to get traffic? What kind of site are you trying to get traffic to? What is the purpose of traffic? Are you trying to generate leads or sell something or just earn money from advertising?

Siggy friendly forums aren't as easy to find as they once were.
Some will let some have siggys but not others.
Traffic exchanges can be a tad addicting. Again not as good of traffic as say someone doing a search.
I'm more websurf then webmaster but even I manage to get hits;)
The record on my forum was 12 visitors in one day. I think Link Referal has the best quality traffic 'cuz people are actually writting reviews on your site and not just clicking on by it to earn credits.

Free traffic is worth what you paid for it NOTHING but a big waste of time. You MUST generate your own traffic! And there are tons of ways to do that.
But it not easy and requires work and time. If you buy traffic from one of these traffic generating sites, do me a favor just send me the money instead. At least one of use will be happy, because you sure won’t after you see the results these sites generate.

Buying "hits" is a complete waste of time so don't even bother. You have a link in your sig file here so that's a good start. At least it's getting your site out there a bit.
If you're on a budget, article marketing can't be beat. Write helpful articles with a strong call to action and you'll see results. There are thousands of article directories to submit to, but I'd recommend Ezinearticles as the best at driving traffic.

I would stick to slowly increasing your own traffic volumes steadily over time by offering products or content that is of use to visitors, hence giving them a reason to return
Lets help each other to save!

Hi.............,
I would recommend that you start a blog for your business. Most websites have the ability to install WordPress in a folder so your blog would be located at {your domain}/blog, if you write 10 or so articles about the store and what you sell and your philosophy and submit them to article directories, you will get alot of publicity, make sure that the blog has a good pitch to get them to shop around. Be careful of "free" traffic sources. Not only do they often send you poor quality traffic, but they can also hurt your Google rankings. Google has been downgrading links from pay per link and banner exchange programs. They want to see links to your site from people who actually like your site and want to link to it in a relevant way. Google will continue getting better at figuring out what is and is not a good link.

Put a good content.

Efforts to get more traffic are to be taken from very beginning when you are developing your site as content, look, and user friendly site easily get traffic.
Moreover there are certain paid and some non paid ways to get more and more traffic. You can use any one or both.
