Golden CO was up 6 to 7 percent while Fort Lupton and Denver were down 17 percent.
Don't recall if it was up over a year or just up over a month.
When I read quotes like "Sometimes the glass is half fool some times it is half empty. Right now the glass is shattered on the floor"
I read stuff like that and I think we have hit bottom.
Another articale says real estate shall go down another 17 percent.
Also read that CO would lead the US out of recession according to one local real estate agent. He was head of some real estate organization.

Everybody wants to live in Golden because of the wonderful scents emanating from the Coors plant.
I think you'll be able to tell us where the bottom was in ten years.
