Hi,
I have been comparing countries right thru my childhood. As it is being shown on television. You know as i live in India the money difference is like 1$= 50 rupees. Many times i have been seeing the lavishness that americans have, their lifestyle and all the billionaires. You see for me living in india is very expensive. Now many people might argue on this like hey but even living in america is very expensive. The prices are very very high. Yes by comparing the currencies. Now i checked in american pc magazines and i saw a normal pc costs around 500$. If one goes by such a ratio of prices, i say that many things in america are just not affordable they are of very very low price! Extremely low. I feel like if i had a job in america i would have taken 500$ for just buying a pc! Its like 500 rupees for buying a new jeans in india, which might be costing just 10$! LOL
What should i say to this? Which makes me think what will be the life of a millionaire in america! And what could the life be in india of a millionaire in rupees. Now again someone might say that the prices are high!
But i think thats cheat! Why couldn't someone like me who shares similar interests like americans deserve a better lifestyle like them?

Can you please state down the prices of every general products that an average american buys to survive. It would be a good example for some countries to follow!

Is the quality of the products high? I mean if i buy a chevrolet in india and the same in america ...is it of the same quality?
And i guess an average american if works a decent job earns around 5000 to 10000 dollars! That means even if a low grade student if settles in usa...can buy a house, a car and all the other amenities! for a considerable low price! If that person saves some bucks, can show off even by not becoming a millionaire!
What then the real millionaires and billionaire thrive upon?
Another thing, if americans make these machines pc and other gadgetries and ship it to countries like india. Maybe the prices controlled by indians are too high, then what are the people on the forums gaining from all the expertise showed by pc experts. Not just computer field, many many other such fields!

Hi,
I haven't got any products or seen something on which it is written 'made in america'! That doesn't mean any reason that everything american made might be expensive!

Hi,
Mumbai one of the most populous cities in the world, has another funniest proposition –‘the housing business’. It’s mainly based on square feets and area wise. Just a few years back the housing prices were reasonable and as of today they are exceedingly high. I don’t know how many traders and industrialists might be living over here. And neither there is considerable construction of newer buildings as there was hardly any place left. Mainly Mumbai’s constructional is very much intact right from the past decade and I wonder if there are any empty houses. Now how much profit might the traders and industrialists might be having- maybe 50,000 rupees to 10 lakhs rupees a year I suppose. And as the Mumbai’s population is say 30 million (just a few years ago it was 25 million) in records and illegally its perhaps about 50 million LOL, very much similar to any European country. On a scale of 1 to 100, 1% accounts for the traders and industrialists. 10% account for the so-called rich people nowhere to be seen. 29% account for the middle-class and the remaining 60% are the slum dwellers. I haven’t heard of any job prospect in Mumbai from which any middle class man is earning more than 20,000 rupees per month. Hardly 6-8 thousand rupees, from which even if savings are done then too I can’t see any possibility to save lakhs of rupees. Still each and every day people are buying cars ranging from 2 lakhs to 15 lakhs, buying houses ranging from 30 lakhs to 1 crore, paying education fees in lakhs and even going abroad against exceeding high price standards and staying there! The same people over here doesn’t have money to pay taxi and rickshaw fare. Does by making general prices exceedingly high make a poor economic country like India rich? It’s deliberately demarcated into many suburbs all connected via a single rail route all in a straight line. The lower one goes to the south Mumbai the higher the house prices and exceedingly high living standards (as heard). So I said, “where are the 1 crore houses, you call this a 1 crore flat apartment! 2BHK shit, and where are the bungalows then? And a reply comes-“what bungalows! Those nearby the famous widened gutters of Mumbai.” Then I said, “who are the rich people who live in these 1 crore flat apartment?” “These are those people!, but neither anyone looks rich from any angle! These jokers.” Moreover as I have seen many societies, from morning till evening neither a collegiate nor any middle-class person ever goes to work!, then from where the money comes from? There are only slum-dwellers who throng the local trains each and every day. Historical scenic view one can get of the slum dwellers while traveling by local train. There are also some distant buildings of whom i can't even imagine how they were connected with the main road. You know how the shishi falls are located in each and every building flats and how the toilets are constructed one above another!
And about the prices-
loaf of bread = 12 Rs.
1litre milk = 20 Rs.
dozen eggs = 26 Rs.
apples = 2 for 50 Rs.
whole chicken = 85 Rs. per Kg.
gasoline = 50 Rs. per litre
doctor office visit = Rs. 200
