Is it true that if I am expecting a refund from my state, that I don't have to file by the deadline? Someone told me that only if I owe money that the deadline means anything.

Great news Tim.....I'm telling my friend who hasn't filed in 3 years to give it a try as well. She works in the babysitting field, you know under the table and all that, but she has a young son so she must have something coming to her each year even though she has no income.
