I have been studying and developing for one year a project to open a web business portal.

After many studies and contacts I calculated that I will need 140000euros to build this web business. However, I have been working since last years as an employer to other companies and it is still a bit difficult to me to ask for a loan bank due lack of guarantees. I would have preference to deal directly with the investor to share a partnership in the project.
