I am looking for Hard Money Construction and Lot Loans for CA, TX, and UT. If you can help or know of someone who can do these loans with High LTV's or more creaitve structuring. I have some people who have great credit scores and money down....I have others who have property to cross collateralize. The loan range is from $15,000 - $600,000+. Let me know what your criteria is for doing these too.
I am interested Equity sharing too.

I can help also in tx the minimum required is 500,000 and 100,000 in the other states.
