F-R-E-E Privacy-Act-Facts......Protecting Your Personal Data  Reply with quote

Greetings,

As most of us already know, our personal data is being sold without our permission every day, medical records, bank records, credit records, driving records, parking ticket records, insurance records, late payment records, home addresses, home phone records, cell phone records, voting records, military records, employment records, unemployment records, personal asset data, you name it, and it is being sold without your explicit permission.

Sadly, there is little a person can do until NOW!!! Yes, finally, a group is forming which will finally put a stop to this personal abuse, and just as you were fed up with solicitation calls by telemarketers and signed up for the DO NOT CALL list, now you can join our association and in number, we can force the issue of privacy, but only if we all join together as one.

An international membership is being formed which will force all entities who pry into our personal records to be held responsible for this invasion, and we, as a group, will form class action suits against all who refuse our demand to not purchase or access our personal public records for any reason whatsoever without out our permission. Yes, total and complete privacy is assured, but only if we all join forces and fight for our privacy.

Obviously, for those who are coming into financial benefits such as those who hold Iraqi Dinar will want to join us since your new found wealth will become public record just as if you won the state lottery. Our lives are an open book, and this book is sold to the highest bidder every day. If you care about your privacy, you need to protect your personal data, and now you can. If you would like to learn more and join our exclusive organization, PM me for details. We will pool our memberships to be used to initiate class action law suits to all who violate our privacy. In return, we will all share in the proceeds based on collected damages from thousands of companies who are violating our privacy. Our organization has retained the same law firms you know who have won against the tobacco industry, as example, and we all know the billions involved with these suits.

Join us and you will be rewarded with referral commissions just as many programs offer for your personal assistance. How many others do you know who are fed up with their privacy being violated? Anyone of the millions who registered on the DO NOT CALL list are perfect examples of people who are FED UP. What could be better than to earn commissions for spreading the word, protect your privacy, and then share in the proceeds of multi-million dollar law suits against those who violate our privacy. Send PM for private access code to learn more.

Thank you, Mike

UPDATE..........................

Did you know your vehicle is spying on you? Just this week a Corvette driver was convicted of manslaughter as his car testified that he was traveling at 139 MPH and killed someone in a terrible accident. Your vehicles have black boxes installed tracking your movement, speeds, gas stops, erratic driving as in what would be expected of impaired as in DUI. To learn more, PM for articles.

Who’s Watching?
By ERIC PETERS

Big Brother will be watching you for sure by 2008 -- the year a proposed requirement that Event Data Recorders (EDRs) become mandatory standard equipment in all new cars and trucks will become law unless public outrage puts the kibosh on it somehow.

EDRs are "black boxes" -- just like airplanes have. They can record a wide variety of things -- including how fast you drive and whether you "buckle-up for safety." The National Highway Traffic Safety Administration (NHTSA) wants EDRs to be installed in every new vehicle beginning with model year 2008 -- on the theory that the information will help crash investigators more accurately determine the hows and whys of accidents.

But EDRs could -- and likely will be -- used for other purposes as well.

Tied into GPS navigation computers, EDRs could give interested parties -- your local cash-hungry sheriff, for example -- the ability to take automated ticketing to the next level. Since the data recorders can continuously monitor most of the operating parameters of a vehicle as it travels -- and the GPS unit can precisely locate the vehicle in "real time," wherever it happens to be at any given moment -- any and all incidents of "speeding" could be immediately detected and a piece of paying paper issued to the offender faster than he could tap the brake. That's even if he knew he was in the crosshairs, which of course he wouldn't. Probably they'll just erect an electronic debiting system of some sort that ties directly into your checking account -- since the paperwork could not keep up with the massive uptick in fines that would be generated.

What Do You Think?

If you think this is just a dark-minded paranoiac vision, think again. Rental car companies have already deployed a very similar system of onboard electronic monitoring to identify customers who dare to drive faster than the posted limit -- and automatically tap them with a "surcharge" for their scofflaw ways. While this inventive form of "revenue enhancement" was challenged and subsequently batted down by the courts, the technology continues to be honed -- and quietly put into service.

Already, 15-20 percent of all the cars and trucks in service have EDRs; most of these are General Motors vehicles. GM has been installing "black boxes" in its new cars and trucks since about 1996 as part of the Supplemental Restraint (air bag) system. Within a few years, as many as 90 percent of all new motor vehicles will be equipped with EDRs, according to government estimates -- whether the requirement NHTSA is pushing actually becomes law or not.

The automakers are just as eager to keep tabs on us as the government -- in part to keep the shyster lawyers who have been so successfully digging into their deep pockets at bay. EDRs would provide irrefutable evidence of high-speed driving, for example -- or make it impossible for a person injured in a crash to deny he wasn't wearing a seat belt.

Insurance companies will launch "safety" campaigns urging that "we use available technology" to identify "unsafe" drivers -- and who will be able to argue against that? Everyone knows that speeding is against the law -- and if you aren't breaking the law, what have you got to worry about?

It's all for our own good.

But if you get edgy thinking about the government -- and our friends in corporate America -- being able to monitor where we go and how we go whenever they feel like checking in on us, take the time to write a "Thanks, but no thanks" letter to NHTSA at http://dms.dot.gov/

Thanks for the link and info to http://Privacy-Act-Facts.com . And the black boxes in cars sounds reasonable but kinda far fetched at the same time. Enough to laugh at such a notion.

Yes, sadly this is what most think, no, it couldn't be, not in America? Sadly, it is already happening, just pick up the most recent issue of Time Magazine to learn about a Corvette owner who was convicted of manslaughter and sent to jail once his Corvette's blackbox proved he was driving at 139 mph when he had a fatal accident. Nothing to laugh at my friend, it is already happening.

In fact, you may already have an RFID tracking your every move in your underwear. LOL It is all about protection of our rights, which are being chipped away daily unknown to us. Learn what is really having is our message, and when you do, learn how to stop it.

Funny,

Seriously, Eagle Outfitters was sold on idea to greet their customers as they came into store, trak there leisure time, etc., as well as have their account information pop up and ready. I have a friend who sells this technology to retailers, it is only a matter of time. You would be amazed at how many retailers already use this technology. In fact, Walmart will have it in everything they sell by 2009, and it has already begun. Just some food for thought, and that is another way to get the RFID in everyone. LOL

This type of thing is what made me register on one forum as IncognitoNOT. Found out others were also using this user name.

As for the guy driving 139 MPH getting manslauter he probably deserved it.

I've driven over 100 MPH but only in WY where I thought it was koshar.

Where was he driving 139? That makes a difference.

My car has a governer so as soon as I hit 120 it peaters out.

But it will cruze 115 okay just fine.
