not very many most programs will payout at the 20/50or 100 dollar mark. Not depending on views. Please most pay per impression companies want you to have decent traffic before they accept you.

I'm very familiar with banner networks, but I'm not aware of any that pay just to show them.
Think how much cheating that would inspire!

there are several companys that do pay per view but you have to have large traffic for them to do that..... As they feel if your traffic is large enough there will be click throughs.... and they cant be generated views etc...
