I am recently laid off with 5 different mutual/annuities should I consider combining them for max potential? ( CitiStreet 100% SSGA Money Market, 100% Maxim Money Market Portfolio thru Great West, Mass Mutual Tax Quallifed Ira, Travelers life and Annuity, and Geat American Annuity ). If so , how and with who?

let me see if I'm answering this correctly, you were laid off and you want to do something with the money as in invest it somewhere else or withdraw money?
I would convert your 403b into a tradtional IRA and I would not use one fund, but multiple funds. I would not put a portion of my portfolio in a moneymarket what so ever. The only people who should even consider this are those that are already in retirement.
If you want advice of where to go I would look at vanguard, fidelity, T. Rowe Price and go with a discount broker. I would use multiple funds and not just one fund, but if you are lost and feel people are taking advantage of you, becuase of lack of knowledge I would go with a life cycle fund. Vanguard has a good one with all index funds and T. Rowe price has another good one that's a bunch of manged funds. The asset allocation with T. Rowe Price I think is better than vanguards, but I'm not a fan of managed funds. I'm not happy with Fidelities life cycle funds personally.
