Hi everyone.
I am a health advocate who wanted to just stop here for at least 1 minte to speak to you guys.
Another thing that I have to mention is that this is one of the best forums that I've ever seen so far, as to how it is managed and or set up for less spam.
I think every forum owner should do something like this. It's great!!
Keep up the good work guys and gals.

Hello Healthman
your "hello brothers and sisters" reminds me of a old cartoon.
In the cartoon it said brothers are bothers and sisters are blisters.
Still call my sitsters wonderfull blisters. Brother never go the joke so calling him a bother never stuck.
And I agree with you on this being one of the better forums.
For some reason I decided to visit 100 forums in 100 days.
Most never hit the 300 mark trafic wise. Many are quite good but just need more promotion.
