Google's stock will surge up now |
|
|
Hmmm,
Googles stock price will increase sharply over the next couple of weeks primarily fed by the acquisition of 5% stake of AOL for $1 billion dollars.
This is the end of a bitter feud with MSN over potential ownership of this important online portal and isp.
Cheers,
Michael

Icahn stmt |

Well Google hit a high of around $445 today before the Icahn stmt came out, currently down around $422.
Still alot of dispute about being long or short on Google. Cramer says $500, but with a p/e of nearly 100, I am seeing castles in the air.

Interesting,
Given the fact that aol and TimeWarner merger was touted in the same light, I bet it goes down, not up.
Good luck to All, Mike

I think it will go up, they have a lot of sources where they get their funds from. However i do not think it will go up by much.

I think short term you'll see a modest rise in the price, but it's long term valuation looks terrific. There's long term growth out the wazoo for Google!

Long term BUY and HOLD ! |
|
|
Hi,
My opinion is Google may now seems to go nowhere now, but for a longer period, it is going to CLIMB. Therefore if someone is willing to Buy and Hold, he will certainly accumulate profit.
The obvious internet trend is streaming media and Google is also heading toward this streaming technology. I love Video Google and I think many people will come into Video Google to buy and sell videos in the next few years, especially production companies. They are not going to miss it. Ebay buyers and sellers may just shift their attention to Video Google too. Likewise for small businesses who will also not miss the opportunity to make some quick buck or advertise videos freely on Google. Certainly Google is going to benefit alot from this new video trend in long run. Check it out below !

Google Stock |

Daytrader:
If you check the Google chart on Yahoo Finance or any other site equivalent to Yahoo, the answer is obvious. When Google came out as an IPO (Intial Public Offering), there was a lot of enthusiasm. Slowly the reality hit, and the stock started sinking. Everyone knows (with trading experience), that you don't average down unless you are looking to be wiped out. Google presents an interesting swing trade. The only problem is that unless you trade Google options, it is not in the range of being affordable.
