Can anybody tell me or point me to a place that I can see/get an interest rate versus credit score schedule?

Apparently you never heard of Google. In a search for "interest rate vs. credit score", one of the links was FICO itself http://www.myfico.com/

Some lenders post their rate schedule, but usually you have to ask. Call them up, "Hey, bottom line, what are your terms for $x with a credit score of ___?" Worked every time for me.

No such place. Even if you find one, they will only give you approximation since interest rate offer differs from different lenders especially if they have to base it against individual's credit score.
Just remember this, the higher your credit score, the better chance you may have in getting a better interest rate. I say "may" because credit worthiness is just one aspect of your file that the bank look at when they give you the mortgage.
