Hi all, i'm new here and am learning the ropes of financial investment. Pls help me if possible. Thx and happy working!

Here are my questions, pls give me your views.

Q1) What are the advantages and disadvantages of changing a monthly repayment loan to fortnightly repayment?

Q2) By having the objective of maximising my company's market value, what is required of me? To maximise its today's share value or tomorrow?
