Where would Jesus bank?  Reply with quote

An interesting read on dirty money and financial responsibility...

quote:

...

Each dime we spend is a “vote” in the marketplace. We can vote with the temple priests or we can vote with our consciences for leaders and businesses that demonstrate through their daily transactions and decisions that they truly care. What an enormous opportunity we have, if each one of us will switch our votes. After several thousand years, there is no time like the present to start voting for ourselves and our planet instead of with the money changers and temple priests that feed at their monetary and lending troughs.

Jesus would use the Liberty Dollar  Reply with quote

That's easy....Jesus would use the Liberty Dollar Razz

This is the second most popular currency circulated in America today and it's backed by gold and silver.

I suggest every American read a book called The Creature From Jeckyll Island by G. Edward Griffin -- it is a complete history of the evolution of the FED and how it has influenced the events in this country...amazing stuff.

Every Federal Reserve NOTE you hold in your pocket is a one dollar debt this country owes....but "who" do we owe it to????

Libertys are actually warehouse receipts for gold and silver, in other words real money.

And it seems to be catching on, tens of thousands of Americans exchange it for goods and services on a daily basis.

I have a section on my Web Site that reasons why we should use Libertys, e-gold or any other form of currency besides FED notes.

Here is something some folks may not know...

Your income tax dollars do not support government services!
“Most Citizens pay Income Taxes out of a patriotic duty to support America. The abhorrent truth is, individual tax dollars DO NOT support America! Instead, 100% of Individual taxes are supporting a privately owned and NEVER AUDITED banking institution, which cannot collect enough from the graduated income tax to even pay for it's operating costs.” — John R. Beaman Educate America Foundation.

In the 1980's, President Ronald Reagan created a commission to study government waste entitled: The President's Private Sector Survey On Cost Control, popularly known as the "Grace Commission Report," named after its chairman, J. Peter Grace.

Chairman Grace revealed, in his introductory letter at the beginning of the report, that:

"100% of what is collected is absorbed solely by interest on the Federal Debt ... all individual in come tax revenues are gone before one nickel is spent on the services taxpayers expect from government.” --Grace Commission report submitted to President Ronald Reagan on January 15, 1984

When the fed's say "your taxes go for this and that," they just lump all the federal taxes together because there are many different ones, pretty sneaky on their part......are we surprised?

Many prominent economists believe we would do much better without our current money system and I agree.
