Why do you ask this? Nowadays you can take online loan from special services and you don't need to ask anyone about this. If you interested in money lending in internet I can recommend Cashcat service, I read many positive reviews about it.

Today we have a wide choice of cash services. You can try Venmo. It allows you to pay and request money from your friends. So, you can pay your friends when you owe them money and don't want to deal with cash (I also checked the venmo reviews, and most users find the service really helpful). Hopefully, this info will be helpful for you.

borrow money from stranger its too risk and its depends on what are the proofs submit when borrow money. if you owe someone money, you have to give them a particular amount of money because you have bought something from them or have borrowed money from them. Money that you owe is called a debt.
