I used a company in New York called market raise. They specialize in internet advertising. Their consultants were very knowledgeable. Their website is the name with a dot com. Let me know if they can help you.
This thread was more of an inquiry and the other was me posting free places to promte. And I was also hoping others would share. And a few have shared:)
I've had decent results with craigslist.org Of course, you can only post once per week, and you usually don't get mega hits, but I've found the ones I do get are usually fairly responsive. Of course it's free so you really haven't nothing to loose by trying.

guaranteed results?
Does anyone know of somewhere I can get guaranteed results?
Depending on the prgram guaranteed signups are the only guarantes I've run across.
I'd say your doing a darn good job of advertising right here on this forum.

Autosurfs arent a bad place to advertise eithers especially with a huge members base

I would say google adwords is the best place to advertise.
