We have two new rooms in our office, and it was a problem with using our printer and fax. I found the decision by sharing these devices over Ethernet. For this purpose I use USB Network Gate, good program which works with Windows, macOS, Linux. Here is it website USB over Ethernet.

Of the additional tools that I use in my office, free software is worth mentioning, which has proven itself well in use. I know that I can automate many business processes thanks to different programs and extensions. One of my recent successful finds is this free accounting software. I often come across the fact that accounting software is too complicated to use or so simple that I can't find the options I need in the program. This software has everything an e-commerce owner needs. I don't know how this will work for a big business, but for a small business it's a great solution.

We've recently started using Email Detail Search https://emailindetail.com/search-emails. It allows finding the needed email letters in the old archived files (PST, OST, MBOX, EML, MSG are supported). At first, I was skeptical, but this software turned out to be helpful. It really eases the process of work.
