Sounds like your agent isn't too good. Their job is to guide you through the process, and if the closing has been scheduled, they certainly should be able to tell you that. If date hasn't been set yet, you can reach out to the lawyer or title company for assistance.

Hi. I think Andrew is right. You can reach out to take an assistance from an attorney. It seems that your agent has not guided you in the right way. I am aware about the lawyer Bechara Tarabay who will assist you in the right way. Else you can look for a lawyer in your area to help you out.
