Am doing some cleaning up and I forgot what was said after my estate planning documents were drafted many years ago.
Should I have the originals in my possession (I live in WA state) or should my son who lives in MA, and who is Successor Trustee and Executor hold the original copies?

I also think that the best way would be to consult the specialist in this area. I am sure you can find where to do that free. I am not the one who can suggest you where to go with this question. However, I know for sure why writing on paper online is better than doing it yourself. If you are still a student, check it too. I am sure your grades will improve and you will focus on the other things which matter in your life.
