I am thinking of offering IT freelance service to earn extra cash. Is there a market for this in OH? Don't IT companies have their own IT teams?

As far as i know they do, And there is definitely a market in some industry segment.

Evonne Hansen, I was actually thinking of providing services similar to that of parachutetechs - but on a smaller scale. I am actually targeting the small business in our neighborhood. I was hired by a friend who owes one of those stores to set up network for their PCs, POS and printers.

There are freelancers out there who offer IT services. They provide complete IT support I've seen many online when I was looking for a third party that can market our business website.
