Reminders in Buying Stocks  Reply with quote

Hello everyone, I am a fan of online trading I have been into binary and now I am focusing myself with forex trading. However, what caught my attention is investing in stocks. I know that it is a risky thing and the movement of the market is really volatile but after reading this article about Stocks I was enlightened to start investing in it. Inside the article it mentioned about the things you must remember before investing in stocks.

What's your experience? Do you know some articles that are helpful as well?

In my opinion, I do not recommend the traditional method of investing, which is buying stocks. The reason for this is it requires way to much capital, returns are small if there is minimal movement in the stock market, and the trades are one directional. I actually wrote an article about buying options. Instead, you should check out selling options, which is a derivative instrument. It's going to require a greater learning curve than trading stocks, but its worth it. The reasons why it is beneficial to trade (sell) options is:

1.) Leverage: Uses significantly less capital than buying stock.
2.) High Probability of Profit: Trading stocks has a 50% chance of being profitable. Selling options allows you to have greater than 50% chance of being profitable.
3.) Flexibility: You can place trades that have a directional assumption of either being long, short, or neutral the stock market.
4.) Consistent Returns: With high probability trades, you can consistently make returns each month.

Go ahead and start learning the options trading basics.

Hello CatalinaP,

Trading, investing or speculation is just like any other profession. When you trade forex, you put your money at risk in an investment strategy. However, the risk can be managed with a prudent trading strategy. But orderly trading takes place most of the time, and, as a result, putting money on the forex market is safe if you understand what you are doing. Always a disciplined, well-educated trader is a safe trader.
