| Is there a reason to buy US Treasury Bonds? |

I hear about US Treasury Bonds all the time. Yet, I checked today and EE bonds give 0.1% interest. I just can't fathom ever getting one. Even if I were retired and wanted my money in something stable, my Capital One money market fund gives 1% interest, 10x that amount.
Am I missing something?

In my opinion, Treasury Bonds are more targeted to large investors, up to the country level like China which buys them as a safe place to hold some of their billions and trillions.
