Really need some advice please.  Reply with quote

Hoping for some advice here.

I currently have a credit score of 813.

I purchased my home when I had what I would consider a great paying job.

It's going to be tough to find a new job (currently unemployed) that will pay my existing monthly bills.

Other than the mortgage I don't have other debt that is worth mentioning. It's minimal.

My 2 options at the moment are this.

Sell my house and use existing savings to break even, meaning be homeless but still have great credit.

Or foreclose on the home, use my existing savings to survive until I find a job?

I was always good with paying my bills, but I cannot for the life of me figure out this question.

BE OPTMISTIC  Reply with quote

With the economy booming, millions of new jobs coming back to America, hang in there, take any job to maintain your mortgage, take a personal loan to bridge the gap between jobs, tighten your belt, a foreclosure will ruin your well earned credit score and any hopes of ever buying another home for a decade or more. You have some tough decisions ahead, but remain optimistic, the economy is exploding and more companies are hiring then ever in last few decades. Start your own business, no better time to control your own destiny. I left the corporate world decades ago, thank God, company I worked on closed down whole division.

Success to all,
