You invest in the product. You get it in the mail. You sign up 3 members to get the first position then they sign up 3 members and it ranks you higher to get more money and so on.

You have described a classic pyramid scheme, but they've included a product to skirt the law. This is basically Amway, but probably a bit less well-organized, and probably not actually legal (unlike Amway, which is as close to a pyramid scheme as one can come, yet still be legal).
If I were a moderator, I'd delete your link. Your post looks like spam merely to get the website name mentioned on this forum.

No I am actually trying to find it out. If I was referring it I would have put a referral link. I posted the actual website. The thing is some of my friends have actually had pay checks come in but I haven't seen a big one yet so im still skeptical.

Well, well! I am pleasantly surprised. I figured you would have come here, done the "see my link post" and disappeared.
Still, I would have deleted your link, as it doesn't meet site guidelines, but since you came back for a second look, maybe I was wrong.
Your link is a pyramid scheme, and even if a few dozen people make money, hundreds will lose in the balance. Just like Amway, it is a pyramid scheme that skirts or maybe violates the law. Which side of that thin line it falls on is in question, but the fact that only a few will win and most will lose still applies.
