I have a chance to negotiate a job. Basically, we have a customer who needs some help in southern Iraq, but not where the current hostilities are happening.
I need to offer one of my guys a cash bonus, over and above his pay, to go to do the job. Our bonuses are paid on a day-to-day basis, so I'll need a number as "$X per day."
How much would you want to go to southern Iraq? They will have security in place, and evacuation plans, as well as other contingency plans. Safety should be as assured as it can be in this political climate.
Would you require any other concessions, over and above the daily bonus?
