I have a 2.25 acre +/- piece of vacant land just South of Fairbanks, Alaska near North Pole. If you know the area, it is just off Badger Loop Road. Subivision is Williams Acres.
Originally purchased by my parents from the Williams family who subdivided the land. Been in the family since the mid 1950's +/-.
Valued at about $10,000 for property taxes. Alaska requires very close to market for tax appraisals.
We will sell or trade. Sale terms can be almost anything - cash (duhhh), terms (25% down, 5 years, 8%, or negotiate), or negotiate. Trades considered - established paper, New Mexico RE, other RE, sports car, race car/truck, MLM downline, MLM geneology reports, advertising for motel and MLM business, resalable personal property, or negotiate.
