Many men use the same shoe to much.

Alternating your shoes will more then double the life of the shoe.

It gives the shoe a rest and you'll have more bounce in your step with a fresh good shoe.

This may have been true in the past, but since Croks were invented that's all I wear and have no problems wearing the same pair day after day until they wear out in a year or so by getting soft in the instep. It's helps that I'm retired and have no use for dress shoes.

Perhaps I should have coughed up $99 to have a door installed.

Going to have to actually drill. And the thing claims instalation is easy.

Also need a 9/16 drill bit which I don't have.

Yea, NoBrainer guess my advice on shoes doesn't apply to thoes who can get buy with bar footing it.

When I saw the title of this thread posted by Lottomagic my first thought was that he was going to advise walking around on one foot one day and another foot the next day. Laughing Laughing Laughing

Perhpas alternate every other hour.

What are the three elements of fitness? strength, endurance and flexablility. When I'm to lazy to work out I do try and stretch a tad.

Water is also the biggest nutritional defency in the USA. One doctor once said the best thing about multi vitamines is that people drink a glass of water with them.

It depends upon the kind of your profession also. Some professions needs impressive look while in office or in house regular jobs are not much sensitive to appearance. But, it is a fact that shoes are important part of personality. You may have two or three also to be changed according to the dress.

The focuse on how things looks is part of the problem. Part of why we had a meltdown. Perhpas we should tax shoes that are not healthy for the people who wear them.

Uncomfertable dress shoes. Mega tax them to pay for health care. And then we should all refuse to due busisness with any bank that lets their workers wear them.

The pair I wear most are a kind of smart french brown trainer. They've lasted since forever.
