Everybody suggests to promote a company on relative forums( posting info and so on) but I faced challenge that most forums don't want you to do that. They usually ban this kind of users. So how can i promote a company on forums if they don't let you do it?

There are many forums that allow members to have a link in their signature. And some forums like this one have a specific section where people can promote their blogs and websites.
Just look for those types of forums and be sure to follow the rules of those forums.

As per SEO prospect signature is very important in forum posting but I think about that signature is not required for knowledge sharing or promote your website.

There are many SEO friendly forums that allows your signature to promote your company but all you have to do is to post some informative things rather to promote your business. Press release sites. Traffic Exchange sites are also very helpful for campaigning your site.
