Hello, new here, I have a guy in Ghana Africa that wants to buy 5 custom built ATV's from me.
He wants to wire the money to my bank account.
Is there anything that i should be worried about with this? if it's some kind of scam then what should I watch for?
Thanks

lol - most of those guys were from Nigeria, hadn't heard that one for a couple years. It was commonly tried on farm tractors, trucks, etc. Check with the Fraud Dept at your Bank, they'll know if the scam. And don't give out your account info, it could be someone phishing for account numbers.

There are Nigerians in the internet, send mails to people by using lot of scam methods such as lotto, cheating, raw gold. They ask some upfront fee to transfer you millions. it pure scam but in your case if he is a real buyer as long as he don't ask any upfront fee then you can trust me but please test the person on your personal ideas.

I would be extremely cautious about any out of country money transfers.

It is a scam. What will happen is that he'll transfer the money to your account. Most likely, he'll make a "mistake" and send you too much money. "Ooops! I sent too much. Please refund the balance." So, you'll send the refund and the 5 ATV's, and about 10 days later, the funds he "deposited" will be found to be bogus, and you're out the 5 ATV's and the refund amount.
There are variations, but this is the basic gist of what they do. Just because a "deposit" is made, it doesn't mean the funds are clear and transferred.

The opportunity to make money watching commercials is a legitimate one. However, it's important to understand that it's not quite what you may be thinking it is. The watching commercials part will continue to be relatively easy. The making money part is going to take some work.

A wire transfer is a transfer of money from one bank account to another. The actual transfer is done by the bank, and neither the sender nor the recipient of the money sees or touches the actual funds. Here are a few steps to transfer money from one account to another.
