Hello, I would like to get your opinions on the Real Estate Investment Forum. By joining the forum they provide you with a personal mentor, access to their online program library and program workshop live.
I talked to one of the mentors and was not 100% convinced about the value one gets in exchange for a one time fee of $500.
Anyone with them or heard of them?
Thanks.

A guarantee would be nice. I think you are paying for the mentorship they provide as they walk you through the deals you make and refer you to the educational material they provide.
They seem to be big on education.
It may be worth the buck if you have an experienced investor available. However, I have not done my DD on this guy and whether he has actually invest in real estate as he claims on his website.

I would try checking out the net for real estate forums and read some of the discussions going on there as i bet you will get atleast 50 to 75% of the advice he would give in those forums....
Just FYI even on foreclosures you can't make near as much as you could 10 years ago as everyone knows about them now and everyone tries to buy them. ... not saying there isnt money to be made just not as easy as in previous years.

I think you'd be making a huge mistake if you pay for access to any forum, real estate or other. There are plenty of free forums with fantastic information to learn from - all over the net. I'd rather not mention my competitors, but there are great sites out there.
There are plenty of places like the public library, where you can access great info for free. Most people spend piles of cash learning real estate, never to actually do anything. Be one of the people who is prudent, saves their money, and then goes out and lives the dream. It takes work, but you can do it!
