You're quite right. Exercise is very important.
In fact it has become even important in today's era. Because today you have cars, motorbikes which you use to go from one place to other, unlike in pasts where people would mostly go walking. They would remain fit at that time.
Now, today we sit in our car, go to office, sit their on our chair for the whole day, get up, come back to home and then again sit or lie. It has really made some of people quite unfit physically.
I'm also going to start physical exercise in a week or two time.

The benefits of any exercise program will diminish if it's disrupted too frequently. A "stop-start" routine is not only ineffective, but can cause injuries. Being consistent with exercise, therefore, is probably the most important factor in achieving desired results.
People often assume that more is better. Wrong! Doing too much too soon or performing intense exercises on a daily basis will have deleterious effects, such as muscle/tendon strains, loss of lean tissue, and fitness-level plateaus.
If you are a beginner, start off slower than you think you should. Three days per week is realistic, safe and effective. If you are experienced, do cardiovascular (aerobic) exercises such as walking, jogging and bicycling for no more than 200 minutes per week with no more than 60 minutes per session.
Weight training should be done no more than three times per week targeting the same muscle groups. Exercise the same muscle groups on non-consecutive days because muscles need adequate time to recover and cannot be effectively trained if they are tired or sore.
Many people forget to stretch or make the excuse that they don't have the time. Flexibility is important, so make the time! Stretching can be done every day, but stick to a minimum of three times per week in order to reap the benefits. When the body is warmed up, such as after a workout session, perform five to 10 stretches that target the major muscle groups. Hold each stretch for 10-30 seconds.

Exercise is nothing but the constant mobility of physical body to make it active otherwise the combustion process decreases and the fats accumulate all over the body. These fats become dangerous and block the blood channels. So it is must for everyone to do physical exercise at least for 2 hrs a day.

Exercise helps in improving both physical and mental health. From controlling weight to combating health conditions and diseases. From increasing stamina to improving mental health. We should do it regularly to remain fit.

It's no secret that when someone is obese, they have to be more vigilant of the calories they're consuming. Better eating and drinking habits are mandatory if someone is serious about losing weight. People usually go on diets and similar activities on their journey to weight loss. However the importance of exercises for the obese should not be overlooked.

Depression is a serious mental disease, I wouldn't say it is easy to cope with due to physical exercises only. I was prescribed meds and even cbd vape to get rid of this awful state, most of patients require qualified medical help, too.

I completely agree that exercise is very good for your health and helps you stay fit. I also try to eat right, I do special procedures in the salon that help me lose weight and have a good effect on my skin condition. I really like vacuum massage and cryosauna. We recently bought a cryosauna in our salon, here https://cryomedpro.com/ you can read more about it. This is a very pleasant procedure that helps to stop aging, tightens the skin well, helps relieve fatigue and you feel young and awake for a long time after the cryosauna. At the moment, cryotherapy is my favorite procedure in my salon.
