Fastest Loan??
posted by: lantranhana @ Fri Oct 20, 2017 7:00 am
Hello all.

As the name suggests I am new to this type of money management malarkey and got myself into a bit of a pickle so wondering if anyone has any expertise to offer!

I am looking to buy a horse this week - I have already paid a deposit of £250 but have £4700 left to pay. As this has all happened rather quickly, I was only able to apply for my loan of £6000 to cover costs this past Friday (it is now Monday). I was approved in principal with Sainsbury’s straight away and then formally via an email on Sunday. However, I need to s...

Transferring states and looking for new home
posted by: Peppermint0406 @ Tue Oct 17, 2017 10:17 pm

My family and I are planning to move to Boston next year. I am looking for a place that is near a school, probably a school that accepts kids with special needs, as my kid has autism. We are tackling with our daily personal, financial and emotional challenges and I would not want to add more to that, so I would really like this to work for us.

Any advice on which area in Boston we can best stay?

Our class is studying Net Present Value and the Payback method!

Per our assignment we are to reach out to other financial professionals who are currently, or have held a finance position.

I have some quick questions:

• Position Held:

• How often do you utilize NPV and/or Payback method in a professional/business setting?

Thank you for any assistance with this as it is greatly appre...

Put Money towards car or home loan
posted by: Ncage1974 @ Fri Oct 06, 2017 10:37 pm
Hi guys. I have 8,500 i need to put towards my home or car loan (that's going to be starting soon).

My car loan is 0% for 72 months.

I'm about 28 payments into my home loan at a 2.875%.

The big advantage with the car loan would be of course it would lower my car payment but at the same time, it would save me about $600 in taxes.

What would you suggest?

All bloggers and SEO tips provider site like MOZ, Search Engine Journal giving you false tips and information, they are doing misguide all of you, making all of you fool because they want to keep all SEO...
